Wedding Photography, Dollar Academy, LA and Pete

The happy couple arrived back at Dollar Academy for the reception, again the rain had stopped and the roof of the car was down.


The guests were all chatting in the sun and canapés were being served, all very civilised

 
The piper was doing his thing.

And then the surprise, Dollar Academy had offered their Pipe Band for a presentation, this is not just any School Pipe Band, Dollar Academy are world famous, I can;t remember the details but they keep winning competitions, I think they are currently top in the UK and have been for 6 years.

They marched up the main drive playing perfectly.

The crowd was delighted
Some really talented pipers here.

They then marched LA and Pete down the drive to the Marquee, despite all the Weddings I have covered, I have never seen anything like this before.
Nobody wanted them to stop so they just kept playing.

It was time for dinner, check back later for the speeches
