Sarah and Dale – Wedding Photography Edzell

A week past Saturday I found myself in Forfar, Coliston (Arbroath) and then Edzell for the Wedding of Dale and Sarah, regular readers may remember that when I went to meet Dale and Sarah about their Wedding, Sarahs Mum was very hospitable – well that has not changed. I started off at their house where Bridal preparations were well under way and still she was more worried that I had something to eat than get her self sorted out.

Dale had sent Sarah a bunch of lovely flowers in the morning, such a nice guy. I headed off to the Church to await his arrival, after I had persuaded Sarahs Mother I didn;t need a packed lunch

As usual he was a little nervous but there was a lot going on and lots of people coming along to say hello.

Sarah was looking Stunning, this Church has lovely large windows and the sun was just coming out which created nice side lighting.

We headed off to a river near Edzell which was in spate after the rain but Sarah and Dale wanted pictures here, after a pretty steep climb down we got to the bottom without injury.

Then it was back to the Glenesk Hotel where we had a little time left for a couple of shots indoors then it was dinner and speeches!

Thanks to Gordon and his staff at Glenesk Hotel, they were very efficient and professional, having never been to a Wedding here before I was a little worried but that was unfounded as they were great.

The real thanks have to go to Dale and Sarah for choosing me as their photographer and for putting photography near the top of their priorities. Have a great honeymoon and I look forward to seeing you when you get back.
